Life Is Sweet

Life Is Sweet!
Now that I have this new stamp I see a new blog header in my future.

I used Maile's tip about cutting 1/4inch off the width of this card to give it more of a long, lean appearance.  I like the effect it gives.

Hope you are having a great weekend!

Carstock: PTI Hibiscus Burst, Soft Stone, Spring Moss Paper
Stamps: PTI Life Is Sweet, Tin Types
Ink: Hibiscus Burst, Sweet Blush, Raspberry Fizz, Dark Chocolate, Soft Stone
Dies: Half and Half, LL Ovals

I know what Barb means. I see your designs and think "I need that set"! Those roses are gorgeous! Love how you used the Tin Type pattern and the roses on just the label--fantastic focal point! Love your new header too!

Gorgeous card, Kara! I love it! I'm going to have to try stamping on my oval dies like this-- it looks fabulous!
Great header, too!

Love the stamping on the oval die, Kara and this is absolutely my kind of card! I love the tip about cutting off a bit to make it a long narrow card. Really pretty stamping on this one too.

A gorgeous way to use just a little hint of pattern! I love to trim my cards too - it's a fun trick.
